PHAT Cookies Shipping Policies

When do we ship?

• Cookie orders must be placed by Sunday 8pm EST to guarantee shipment of your order by Wednesday the latest.  All orders placed afterwards will be shipped the following week.  We always bake our cookies to order to ensure you receive the freshest quality on arrival. 

Shipping time frame

• We primarily ship UPS and Purolator which can take on average 2 business days depending on your location and the service you choose at checkout.

Local Delivery

• We offer local delivery on Thursdays and Sundays in the Greater Halifax Region for a rate of $5 with purchases over $28.   Any purchase under $28 will be charged a rate of $8 for local delivery.

• You will receive an email from our team with details on what time frame your cookies will be arriving the day before your scheduled delivery.

Shipping Information

• Please make sure to provide us with an accurate shipping address as we will not be responsible for any errors that happen during the shipping process and cannot provide refunds in these cases.  

Refund & Return Policy

• Due to the perishable nature of our product we do not accept returns or refunds after your order has been placed or shipped.  We always take extreme measures to ensure your package is handled with the utmost attention and care.  If you have an issue with an order that requires our attention please reach out to info@phatcookies.ca 

Damaged or missing goods

• Once orders are collected by the courier we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.  This will now be in the hands of the courier and you will need to follow up with them directly.

• Please keep track of the eta of your order and don’t leave your shipment outside unattended for a lengthy amount of time.  If you require more support with this process please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping delays

• In rare circumstances there can be shipping delays due to inclement weather.  Refunds will not be given due to these delays.
